By accessing or using GrindFuel at grindfuel.polsia.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By accessing or using the GrindFuel platform ("Service"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GrindFuel. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
GrindFuel is a technology platform, not a fitness, nutrition, or medical provider. GrindFuel provides software infrastructure that allows fitness professionals ("Coaches") and their clients to connect, communicate, and manage coaching services online. GrindFuel does not itself provide fitness training, nutrition coaching, medical advice, or any other professional services.
No endorsement or verification. GrindFuel does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the qualifications, credentials, licenses, advice, conduct, or representations of any Coach or professional on the platform. The presence of a Coach on GrindFuel does not constitute any guarantee of their competence, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying a Coach's qualifications before engaging their services.
GrindFuel is a neutral intermediary. We do not employ Coaches, contract with them as employees, or control the services they provide. Any services arranged through GrindFuel are between you and the Coach directly, governed by any separate agreement you may enter into with that Coach.
Independent contractors, not employees. Coaches who register on GrindFuel are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of GrindFuel. There is no employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between GrindFuel and any Coach. GrindFuel does not direct or control the work Coaches perform for their clients.
Coaches are solely responsible for:
Coaches agree not to hold themselves out as employees or agents of GrindFuel, or to make any representations suggesting such a relationship.
Coach accounts: To offer paid coaching services, you must create an account, complete registration, and comply with all applicable requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Client accounts: Clients may access AI meal plans and coach services after registering with a valid email address.
Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
Account restrictions: One person may not maintain more than one free trial account. Organizations may have multiple accounts with proper authorization.
Account security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
Coaching payments. Coaches set their own pricing. When a client pays for a coaching plan, the total amount charged to the client includes the plan price plus GrindFuel's platform fee (added on top — the coach keeps 100% of their stated plan price before the fee). The platform fee is non-refundable.
Stripe payment processing. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. GrindFuel does not store payment card details. Stripe's services are subject to its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. GrindFuel is not a bank or financial institution and does not hold or transmit funds directly.
Subscription billing. GrindFuel subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice before the start of the next billing cycle.
Currency. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

AI-generated meal plans, workout recommendations, and other AI outputs produced through GrindFuel are generated by artificial intelligence systems and are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional fitness, nutrition, or medical advice.
GrindFuel does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, appropriate for your individual circumstances, or free from errors. Nutritional information, macro calculations, ingredient measurements, and exercise recommendations may vary from actual values.
You assume all risk. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk. Before starting any new diet, exercise, or wellness program — particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions — consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Coaches should clearly communicate to their clients that AI-generated plans are recommendations and tools, not licensed medical or nutritional advice. Coaches remain responsible for reviewing and adapting AI outputs before providing them to clients.
GrindFuel displays estimated grocery pricing data sourced from third-party APIs (including the Kroger API). Price estimates are for reference and planning purposes only.

You agree not to use GrindFuel to:
Our IP. GrindFuel, its name, logo, design, and all platform content are the property of GrindFuel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Your content. You retain ownership of content you create and upload to GrindFuel. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it for the purpose of operating the Service.
AI-generated content. AI-generated meal plans and workout recommendations are created by AI systems and are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
GrindFuel uses third-party services including:
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party provider.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrindFuel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Coach indemnification. Coaches further agree to indemnify GrindFuel from any claims arising from the fitness, nutrition, or coaching services they provide through the platform, including claims related to professional malpractice, injury, or negligence.
Client indemnification. Clients agree to indemnify GrindFuel from any claims arising from their use of coaching services, AI-generated plans, or any content they access through the platform.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Health disclaimer. GrindFuel is not a medical platform. AI-generated meal plans and workout recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new diet or exercise program. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read or received through GrindFuel.
Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrindFuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GrindFuel's total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total fees paid by you to GrindFuel in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
By you: You may cancel your account at any time through Account Settings or by contacting us at grindfuel@polsia.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By GrindFuel — suspension. We may suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably suspect your account is involved in fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or a breach of these Terms. Suspension means temporary loss of access to your account and its data pending investigation.
By GrindFuel — termination. We may terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused subscription time, except as required by applicable law.
Survival. Sections 13 (Indemnification), 14 (Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability), 16 (Arbitration), and 18 (Contact) survive termination of these Terms.
Binding arbitration. Except for the small claims court exception below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GrindFuel shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. A single arbitrator shall be selected in accordance with those rules. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction of GrindFuel's choosing. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You agree that any arbitration or claim shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. No arbitrator shall have the authority to hear any claim as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action, or to consolidate the claims of multiple parties.
Small claims court. Notwithstanding the above, you may bring an individual claim in small claims court in the county where you reside, provided the court has jurisdiction and the claim qualifies.
30-day opt-out window. You may opt out of this binding arbitration and class action waiver within 30 days of first accepting these Terms (or within 30 days of any material update to this section). To opt out, send written notice to grindfuel@polsia.app with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" including your name, email address, and account information. Opting out does not affect any previous arbitration agreements between you and GrindFuel.
Additional terms. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. If any part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes include (but are not limited to) changes to fees, arbitration procedures, liability limitations, or data practices.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
